The Young Pioneers' Organizational Identity Education:A Case Study Of X Primary School

The Young Pioneers' sense of identity and belonging to the organization are premises for the Young Pioneers work.In 2017,the “Young Pioneer Reform Program” was promulgated,and it was clearly mentioned that “Let the members prefer the Young Pioneers,and significantly enhance their sense of glory and belonging to the organization” is one of the main objectives of Young Pioneer Reform.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the organizational identity education.In addition,the author observed several primary schools in Baoding and found that Young Pioneers' sense of the identity to the organization was generally low.However,it has also been found that X Primary School has some good practices in the Young Pioneers' organizational identity education,and has produced some good results.Therefore,the author chose X Primary School as a case to conduct the Young Pioneers' organizational identity education research.Based on clarifying the concept of “Young Pioneers' Organizational Identity Education”,according to the basic characteristics and requirements of a case study,this study used field observations,questionnaires,and interviews,to investigate and learn the current Young Pioneers' organizational identify education of X Primary School in terms of organizations and subjects,environments and cultures,contents and methods,resources guarantees,evaluation mechanisms,implementation effects.Then it analyzed the characteristics of Young Pioneers' identity education in X Primary School,and explored the existing problems in its organizational identity education.Furthermore,according to the issues emerged in the Young Pioneers' organizational identity education of the X Primary School,the author analyzed the causes and suggested some solutions and development advice.
