Study On Emergency Management Of Local Government Online Public Opinion In The Media Era

In recent years,represented by microblog and We Chat,Self-media has developed rapidly.It has become an important platform for Internet users to exchange ideas and express opinions.Online public opinion is a new thing,which is generated by the development of the Internet.Now the local government still has many problems in emergency management of the network public opinion,such as not timely response and the response method is not scientific,which lead to frequent network public opinion crisis,harmed the government image and credibility.At present,the local governments at all levels are at the exploratory stage in emergency management of the network public opinion,still not formed a set of perfect mechanism.Therefore,this paper focuses on the study of emergency management of local governments' online public opinions represented by Suzhou under the background of selfmedia,which has a strong practical guiding significance and can provide some reference for other local governments.This research first analyzes the related concepts of network public opinion.Then it takes Suzhou city as an example.From analyzing two typical cases happened in Suzhou in recent years,it concludes that Suzhou government has made some achievements in emergency management of the network public opinion,but there are still a lot of problems.Then it analyzes the main reasons.This research still introduces the successful mode of online public opinion in foreign countries and discusses the enlightenment for China.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the shortage of emergency management of online public opinion of suzhou municipal government in the era of self-media.Establish a correct network public opinion emergency management concept;improve the network public opinion collection,research and judgment,early warning,guidance and rehabilitation mechanism;strength the government's own development,set up special institutions and introduce talents;govern in accordance with the law,improve the rules and regulations,promote the popularization of law on the Internet and promote media literacy among government officials.
