This study explores the influence of suggestion behavior on work performance and the mediating role of organizational commitment as an intermediary variable in suggestion behavior and work performance.On this basis,it introduces the moderating variable of relationship to explore the moderating role of relationship as a moderating variable in suggestion behavior and organizational commitment as well as in suggestion behavior and work performance.The research mainly uses statistical analysis,literature research and questionnaire survey,focusing on the four core concepts of suggestion behavior,organizational commitment,innovation performance and relationship.This paper uses two dimensions of the behavior of making suggestions,that is,taking the overall situation into consideration and making suggestions in an aggressive way.This paper tests the model from two aspects: on the one hand,it tests the direct impact of the holistic approach on innovation performance,the intermediary role of organizational commitment between the holistic approach and innovation performance,and the moderating role of the relationship between the holistic approach and organizational commitment;on the other hand,it tests the direct impact of the self aggressive approach on innovation performance,and the organizational commitment in the self The mediating role between my aggressive advice and innovation performance,and the moderating role of the relationship between self aggressive advice and organizational commitment.By using the statistical analysis method,the reliability and validity of the four core variables in this paper are analyzed.The results show that the two dimensions of advice behavior have significant positive impact on innovation performance and organizational commitment.The results show that organizational commitment plays an intermediary role in the relationship between overall situation advice and innovation performance,and organizational commitment plays an intermediary role in the relationship between aggressive advice and innovation performance.By testing the significance of f-value change of model change and thesignificance of interaction term in the model,the results show that the moderating effect of relationship is not significant in the relationship between overall situation advice and organizational commitment;the moderating effect of relationship is not significant in the relationship between self-motivated advice and organizational commitment.Through the research of this paper,on the one hand,it discusses the role of the suggestion behavior in the work performance,on the other hand,it verifies the intermediary role of organizational commitment between the suggestion behavior and the work performance.Although the research on the moderating effect of relationship has not achieved ideal results,it also provides a way for the later research to deal with the relationship between colleagues in the organization,and the relationship between superiors and subordinates can not be ignored to improve work performance and organizational commitment.
