The National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference proposed to merge national and local tax which are at or below provincial level in 2018.Yunnan Province already merged on November30,2018,combined for more than a year,the surface of office space,organization setup already completed,but the middle management process,business standards are not all in place,especially the relationship between the deep tax cadres,the behavior patterns haven't got a better understanding of the original members of different departments,namely “together in hearts” problem has not been solved effectively.Therefore,it is important and necessary to study cardres' identification with new institutions and organizations.The organizational identification is the basic of truly successful merged,the improvement of work efficiency,and the goal of people united,matter solved,heart united,strength united.The factors influencing the Organizational Identification are various and complicated.This paper takes the cadres of Gejiu's tax bureau as an example.The author issued questionnaires about the factors influencing the unified identity and collected 132 samples to analyzed by SPSS.Research shows that leadership style,welfare,Organizational culture,working environment,working pressure,management system,interpersonal relationship,sense of value,orientation are related about unified identity,and these nine factors have positive impacts on it.According to these influencing factors,the author put forward the strategy choice to promote the unified identity.Based on these influencing factors,this paper puts forward the strategic choice of self-change to balance self-professional quality,face the objective reality,actively integrate into the new organization and strengthen self-responsibility consciousness.Based on these influencing factors,this paper puts forward the strategic choice of self-change to balance self-professional quality,face the objective reality,activelyintegrate into the new organization and strengthen self-responsibility consciousness.
