The mechanism of the Young Pioneers' organizational identity is one of the most complicated problems among all the issues of young pioneers' organizational identity which is often faced when talking about Young Pioneers' organization construction.In this context,taking "caring ethical climate" as the breakthrough point,we try to use questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method to present the mechanism of the impact of the caring ethical climate influence on the organizational identity of Young Pioneers objectively,and based on it to discuss how to develop the education of young pioneers' organizational identity with caring ethics.This study provides a complete report on the influence mechanism of caring ethical climate on the identification of the Young Pioneers.First of all,before the literature review of the influence mechanism of caring ethical climate on Young Pioneers' organizational identification,we define the concepts: The Young Pioneers Organization,Young Pioneers,caring ethical climate of Young Pioneers organization,Young Pioneers' organizational identification and Young Pioneers' perceived organizational support.Then,we elaborate caring ethics theory,ecological system theory and social exchange theory.Thirdly,through the open interviews with the adults who help manage the Young Pioneers organization and Young Pioneers,the effective information of questionnaires was extracted.Meantime,the independent variable,dependent variable and mediating variable of the study are preliminarily determined.And the hypothesis of this study is that the Young Pioneers' perceived organizational support plays the mediating role during the process of the caring ethical climate of Young Pioneers organization doing to the identification of Young Pioneers.Finally,this study is actually started after the questionnaire was revised and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are further revised.Through the analysis of the survey data and the discussion of the results,the hypothesis of this study has been verified.This study explores the impact of care ethic climate on the organizational identification of the Young Pioneers,and presents and validates the mediating effect of the Pioneers' perceived organizational support in this process.Its theoretical significance is that it enriches the theoretical research of the Young Pioneers organization.Its practical significance lies that it makes a specific proposal about how the Young Pioneers to promote the organizational identification,which is conducive to training Young Pioneers' sense of belonging to the organization,as well as helping them achieve political socialization.
