In recent years,with the increasing pressure of employment,the recruitment of public institutions has drawn much attention from all walks of life.Public institutions are the main carrier of public services in China's economic and social development,and it is of far-reaching significance to improve its recruitment system.Although the recruitment of public institutions has made great progress in the legal environment and system construction,it still exposes problems such as late start and slow development in practice.The specific manifestations are that the recruitment procedures are not standardized,the policy implementation is still in place,and the recruitment methods are not scientific.Many details,etc.,reflect to a certain extent the need for supplementary norms for the laws and regulations and supporting systems for public institution recruitment.The scientific and effective recruitment of public institutions determines to a certain extent the realization of their social functions.Only by establishing a sound and complete system for selecting and employing personnel and thoroughly implementing them can we select suitable and outstanding talents for public utilities.This article uses the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method to analyze and compare the relevant personnel data of the D county-level city public institution,focusing on the status and problems of the D county-level city public institution recruitment system,from the policy background to the theoretical basis,from the current situation analysis to the proposed countermeasures,from Legal environment construction to recruitment methods,from the scientific nature of the process system to the professional improvement of the recruitment team to analyze and discuss many aspects,and carefully consider the key links of human resource management in public institutions.This research consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,and existing research results on this issue.The second part introduces the research basis of this article.The third part is the recruitment of institutions in D county-level city.The examination status is analyzed and researched;the fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the D county-level city public institution examinations and the reasons for these problems;the fifth part proposes specific countermeasures to optimize the examination work of public institutions.Although this article analyzes in depth the main problems in the recruitment of public institutions,it still needs to be further improved on the theoretical level.
