Research On The Evaluation Of Human Settlements In Affordable Housing In Taiyuan

Living is one of the most basic human needs.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the housing problem has become increasingly prominent.In order to meet the housing needs of middle-low income families and effectively solve the problem of residential housing,China has gradually established a housing security system.Although the pace of affordable housing construction continues to accelerate,it has played a certain role in alleviating the housing pressure of low and middle income people.However,there are some problems in the process of construction of a large number of affordable housing such as remote planning,incomplete supporting facilities,and poor human environment construction.The current residential needs of residents have transitioned from the original“practical”to“better”.How to provide residents with a good living environment of affordable housing?How to improve the construction level of affordable housing?How to build a comfortable and harmonious residential area?All of these problem have become the focus of the construction of affordable housing in the new era.Therefore,research on the housing environment of affordable housing is urgently needed.This article focuses on the living environment of affordable housing in Taiyuan City.Through sorting out the relevant research on affordable housing and human settlements environment,it laid a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Based on the review of the development,construction and living environment of the affordable housing in Taiyuan,this paper sums up and draws lessons from the previous research results to carry out the residential environment evaluation.In addition,the characteristics of affordable housing have been fully taken into account.After selecting appropriate evaluation indicators,an index system for the housing environment evaluation of affordable housing in Taiyuan has been constructed.This indicator includes 1 first-level indicator,7 second-level indicators,30 third-level indicators.By collecting and sorting out information about affordable housing in Taiyuan,9 representative communities such as Binhe Community,Changfeng Community,and Anguang Community were selected as the research objects.Combining subjective and objective evaluations and using AHP to determine index weights,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method calculates that the overall scoring situation of affordable housing in Taiyuan City is good,the overall living environment quality needs to be improved.Through in-depth analysis,drawing on theexperience of domestic and foreign affordable housing habitat construction,put forward suggestions for improving the affordable housing habitat in Taiyuan City:improve management policies and rationally plan the location of affordable housing;establish an interactive mechanism between government and residents to optimize the planning process;improve the level of affordable housing construction,attach importance to the humanized design of residences,meet the dynamic needs of residents,increase residential comfort,and create a sustainable development environment;establish family-friendly communities and improve residents' sense of belonging;improve the enthusiasm of residents to participate in the construction,the government,the community,the property company,and the residents cooperate to manage the community,share and build a comfortable residential area,and create a harmonious and stable residential environment.
