Study On The Governance And Countermeasures Of Village-level Grass-roots Organizations In County A Of Wenzhou

With the continuous deepening of the process of national governance modernization,the focus of governance continues to move downwards,and rural areas have become the key support for grass-roots governance.It is the starting point of the national governance system and an important tackling section for the realization of the national governance modernization blueprint.At the key point in the transition from rural management to governance,it is important to study the governance strategies of village-level grassroots organizations to promote rural development to adapt to changes in the times,enhance farmers' happiness,and accelerate the construction of a new socialist countryside and a well-off society in an all-round way.In this project,we selected County A,Wenzhou city,Zhejiang province,as the specific research object.First of all,the research background is briefly introduced,the theoretical basis and practical significance of the thesis research are explained,and the current status of domestic and foreign research related to the governance of village-level grass-roots organizations is analyzed,and the latest concepts of governance of village-level grass-roots organizations are analyzed.The second is to combine the innovative ideas of governance at the grass-roots level in County A,Wenzhou City,and the investigation materials of township officials,village cadres,and villagers to analyze the current situation of county-level governance in County A,and to propose the existence of village-level grassroots organizations Weakness,low participation of villagers,and backward use of technology.Then,use organization management theory,modern democracy theory and human nature theory to analyze the problem: the ability and treatment of the members are insufficient,the consciousness of the villagers' main body is weak and the channel of participation is blocked,theintelligence literacy and the information infrastructure are backward.Finally,absorb and learn from the advanced practices and experience of Tongxiang Yuefeng Village,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of village-level grass-roots Organization Governance.Village-level grassroots organization governance in the new era should be precise from the perspective of selection,training and treatment,form a system and improve team execution;from the perspective of broadening channels,strengthening supervision and creating a rich atmosphere,enrich the form and enhance villagers' participation;Inspire modern ideas,improve basic hardware and apply information technology to build a system and improve technical means.
