Study On Public Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Of Urban Management

Urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement department is an administrative institution directly facing the grass-roots level of society.In recent years,some mishandled incidents in this sector have been gathered,amplified and evolved by the Internet,seriously damaging the image of the party and government and causing bad social impact.The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China stated that we should build a service-oriented government that the people are satisfied with and further improve the administrative capacity and credibility of government departments.Deepening the reform of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement system of urban management is the key to turn the government's credibility and shape the government's image.Based on the study of urban management,comprehensive administrative law enforcement,satisfaction,customer satisfaction theory model on the basis of related literature,the customer satisfaction theory applied in the research of urban management,comprehensive administrative law enforcement,law enforcement from the image,perceived quality of law enforcement,public expectations,public trust and public satisfaction dimensions,such as building management comprehensive administrative law enforcement in the city public satisfaction index model and put forward the corresponding assumptions.On this basis,this article in jinhua city,zhejiang province wuyi as the research example,through questionnaire,collecting the wuyi,449 permanent residents survey data,using statistical product and service solutions SPSS20.0 software and structural equation model parameter estimation software AMOS21.0 analyze survey data,the following main conclusions: first,the public expectation satisfaction have a negative impact to the public.Shows the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management department is facing a severe real challenges,with the development of economy,more and more high to the requirement of city life,public hope city livable appropriate industry business-friendly and pleasant living environment,and the comprehensive administrative law enforcement of urban management department can provide services far cannot satisfy the public expectations,the discontent into negative,reduces the public satisfaction;Secondly,law enforcement image and perceived law enforcement quality have significant influence on public satisfaction,among which law enforcement image has the largest influence.Since law enforcement departments are often in the vortex of public opinion,the negative impact of law enforcement image has affected the public's accurate understanding and objective evaluation of the work of urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement departments,and the actual law enforcement performance is also a key factor to determine the public satisfaction with urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement.Therefore,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the public satisfaction of urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement,such as setting up law enforcement image,improving law enforcement quality and establishing public participation mechanism,so as to provide reference for further deepening the reform of urban management comprehensive administrative law enforcement.
