The daily assessment system is an important part of the routine management and the performance evaluation of civil servants.It is of great significance for more scientifically evaluating the daily performance of civil servants,strengthening the daily work process management and timely encouraging them to work diligently.In a series of important speeches,general secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that "we should make efforts to inspect and identify cadres in the daily work",which emphasizes the importance and practical needs of setting up an efficient daily assessment system of civil servants in the new era.Based on the case study on the optimization of the daily assessment system of civil servants in Jiaxiang county,Jining city,this paper makes some research by applying literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method and case study method,analyzes the current situation of the normal assessment in Jiaxiang county,and finds out various practical problems that have been highlighted and not highlighted in the normal assessment work of grassroots civil servants.This paper studies the problems like unclear assessment purpose,unscientific assessment content and standards,single assessment subject,lack of effective supervision and formalistic assessment procedures,lack of feedback of assessment results,inadequate use of assessment results,etc.,and analyzes the explicit and implicit causes of these problems from the perspectives of assessment participants' understanding,theoretical research and system preparation of the normal assessment system,practice and talent support,and self-career development of civil servants.Then it puts forward suggestions considering the problems and the causes of the problems.It optimizes the daily assessment system of Jiaxiang country from several aspects,such as improving the design of the normal assessment index,optimizing the normal assessment procedure,strengthening the use of the normal assessment results,and ensuring the implementation of the normal assessment system.It makes great contributions to make up for the lack of research on the ordinary assessment system of grassroots civil servants,further promotes the improvement of the personal quality of civil servants,provides a strong basis for the selection and appointment of cadres in the next step,so as to better build the cadre team in the new era,make the political ecology clearer,and promote the comprehensive establishment of service-oriented government.
