Research On The Optimization Of The Daily Assessment System Of Civil Servants In S City Of Heilongjiang Province

The system of civil servant daily assessment is the basis and guarantee for the daily supervision of public officials.Since it is began too late,the daily assessment system is also relatively imperfect.S City of Heilongjiang Province,formulate specific implementation plans according to local conditions,the assessment work was carried out and the system was constructed,but there are still shortcomings.This paper investigates the work of the daily assessment system in S City by means of literature analysis,case analysis,investigation and research,and comparative analysis.This paper studies and analyzes the problems such as broad regulation,rough assessment index,form method and so on.Through the improvement of the assessment system,setting up the detailed assessment index,improving the examination method,and strengthening the application of the results,this paper puts forward the ideas and methods of optimization the daily assessment system.At the same time,the safeguard measures were studied from the perspective of creating assessment environment and improving internal and external supervision.Through the optimization of the daily assessment system,this paper strengthens the supervision and implementation of the daily assessment work,and guides the leading cadres to participate actively in the ordinary assessment work,and ensure that the daily assessment work can be implemented smoothly.Through the optimization of the assessment mechanism,we will promote the quality construction of civil servants and promote the improvement of capability quality;We will better promote the establishment of a dynamic cadre team.We will better promote the development of political ecology and promote the comprehensive establishment of open government,sunshine and service-oriented government.
