In recent years,the phenomenon of grass-roots civil servants committing suicide has occurred from time to time.They call themselves vulnerable groups.The grass-roots civil servants who used to define the scenery no longer exist,and the people reflect that many civil servants have bureaucracy,which makes people feel that things are difficult to deal with,and they often have to look at the face of civil servants to do things.The reasons for the mental health of civil servants need to be explored carefully.Considering the omission of the previous research,the purpose of this paper is:firstly,to systematically summarize the mental health status and causes of grass-roots civil servants,and strive to combine theory with practice,with a higher degree of explanation.Secondly,this paper focuses on the optimization mechanism of the mental health of grass-roots civil servants in C city of Hunan Province,and puts forward four kinds of mental health of grass-roots civil servants:the optimization of external environment,the improvement of self-psychological quality,the strengthening of social psychological support and the improvement of mental health service system.The optimization mechanism of mental health problems provides a reference for the formation of benign interaction between grass-roots administrative system and administrative environment and the construction of grass-roots civil servants with mental health.This paper studies the mental health status of grass-roots civil servants in the transitional period in China,and suggests that the assessment of grass-roots civil servants' mentality should be included in the comprehensive treatment(safety construction)assessment.At the same time,Party committees and governments at all levels are urged to strengthen mental health services and improve the social and psychological service system as an important part of the government's goal management and performance appraisal.In this study,the psychological health status of 351 C civil servants were investigated by Psychological Status Self-Assessment Form.Through the statistical analysis of the data by using SPSS 17.0 data software,the variables such as sex,age,marital status,education level,rank,position,nature of the job,home experience and so on are the variables of the psychosis,paranoia,anxiety,interpersonal relationship and obsessive-compulsive symptoms of the civil servants of the city of Macheng.The mental health level of psychosis was analyzed.It also points out the factors affecting the mental health of civil servants in the C City,including the status of the adjustment mechanism of the social psychology,the individual and life factors,the social and cultural factors,the professional nature of the civil service,the characteristics of the office work and urban development.On this basis,it is pertinent to propose a solution to the public servants' heart of the Macheng municipal office.The Countermeasures of health problems are to slow down social contradictions and promote urban development;to improve the psychological health training and adjustment mechanism of civil servants in municipal authorities;to gradually establish and improve the support system for career planning;to improve the individual mental health status of civil servants in the C municipal authorities;and to improve the social support system.The innovation point of this work is to integrate the psychological knowledge into the personnel management in the administration,and put forward the suggestion of introducing the psychological evaluation to the employment and performance evaluation of the civil servants,and training the civil servants in the form of strengthening the self-adjustment ability of the civil servants and using the assistance plan of the employees to establish a normal psychological intervention machine.Measures to promote mental health of civil servants are put forward.
