Grassroots cadres are the most close to the masses of public power agents,performing management duties on behalf of the national government,directly affecting the image of the government in the hearts of the masses,and their working ability and level profoundly affect the current situation and future of China's grassroots governance.Under the background of the party's management and strict administration,how to better motivate the enthusiasm of grassroots cadres is not only an urgent practical problem to be solved,but also a topic of general significance for the grassroots.In this paper,literature research,case analysis,analysis and induction are used Taking the performance appraisal of cadres in Z town as the sample object,based on the theories of objective management,hierarchy of needs,two factor theory and expectation theory,this paper expounds the current situation and problems of the performance appraisal of cadres in Z Town,analyzes the causes of the problems,points out that the contents and standards of the performance appraisal are unreasonable,the procedures and methods are unscientific,the results are not applied in place,and the organization,implementation and supervision and management are not carried out The existence of non strict problems is not conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of cadres for entrepreneurship,improving the service efficiency of cadres and the long-term development of the unit.Therefore,this paper adopts the form of questionnaire and individual interview to collect data and data,insists on the typicality of the research object,the representativeness of the data and the practicability of the conclusion,makes a comprehensive statistics and analysis,aiming at the problems existing in the performance appraisal of Z town cadres and the causes of the problems,and on the basis of clarifying its significance,aims to explore practical countermeasures To supplement and improve the current performance appraisal system of grass-roots cadres has very important practical application value,and also provides experience and Practice for other villages and towns in cadre performance appraisal.
