Research On Xi Jinping's Big Data View

Since the eighteen Party Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of important discussions around the development strategy of big data.These discussions point out the development direction for the development of big data and information technology in China,and play a very important role in promoting socialist modernization.By studying Xi Jinping's important exposition on the development of big data and combining with the academic research results on big data,this paper systematically combs Xi Jinping's view of big data,focusing on the background,course,content,characteristics and value of Xi Jinping's big data perspective.The thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research framework and research methods,and research innovation.The second part is the background and ideological process of Xi Jinping's view of big data.He deeply excavated the international and domestic background of Xi Jinping's view of big data,and summarized his ideological development course from local work practice to central work.The third part is the basic content of Xi Jinping's big data view.Xi Jinping's big data view is rich in content,covering the concept of big data resources,the concept of big data governance,the concept of big data livelihood,the concept of big data and the concept of big data security.In combing the content,we find that Xi Jinping's view of big data is scattered in different aspects such as politics,economy,culture,society and ecology.He not only puts forward how to promote the development of big data from macro perspective,but also puts forward specific requirements for implementing big data development strategy on the micro level.The fourth part is the basic characteristics and value of Xi Jinping's view of big data.By analyzing the basic contents of Xi Jinping's view of big data,the author finds that Xi Jinping's view of big data presents the characteristics of the times,foresight,scientificity,and the people.Xi Jinping's view of big data based on the forefront of the times enriches the connotation of Marx's scientific and technological concept,and helps to promote the construction of Digital China,and provides China's plan for the development of big data in the global community.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes this paper,and also examines the shortcomings of their own writing and the direction of future efforts.This paper mainly adopts two research methods: inductive summary method and systematic research method.The innovation lies in the research theme and content.From the point of view of the theme,this article firmly grasped the trend of the times,complied with the trend of the development of the times,and based on the new requirements of the development of big data at home and abroad,combined with Xi Jinping's important exposition on big data,took it as a breakthrough point for analysis and research.The theme is quite new.From the point of view of content,since the title of this article is relatively new,the references and references are the eighteen conference speeches and related discussions on promoting the development of big data since Xi Jinping has been put forward.These data are all in recent years.Based on this,to some extent,the contents of the research are relatively new.
