Pressure Management Of Metro Police Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy,metro police are facing greater pressure and challenges.“ Public security is the key to the safety of the world.",Metro police maintain the safe operation of the main means of transportation in the city.Metro police work hard and dangerous.With the rapid development of metro as the main means of transportation in large cities,metro police in China bear more pressure from work,management,society,individual and unique aspects than ordinary groups,This has seriously affected the physical and mental health of metro police.In order to better protect their physical and mental health and ensure the smooth development of metro police work,more and more experts and scholars began to study the pressure management of metro police.Based on the conclusions of experts and scholars at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the current situation of pressure management of metro police in China.309 front-line policemen of Service detachment of a Public Security Bureau in Chengdu are selected by cluster sampling method.The self-made questionnaire of metro police pressure source is used to investigate the pressure source.Through the methods of spot check,case interview,comparative analysis,etc,To explore the pressure level of metro police in different types of pressure sources and the causes;Through data analysis by software,this paper analyzes the pressure differences and causes of metro police from different dimensions;Combined with the organizational structure and operation mode of the metro police pressure management in a city,this paper studies the problems existing in the current metro police pressure management,and puts forward reasonable improvement countermeasures,so as to improve the metro police pressure management.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.Metro police pressure mainly comes from work and management.The work pressure mainly comes from the responsibility review based on full coverage of monitoring and the pay gap of equal work and different pay;The pressure of management mainly comes from the long-term change of Grass-roots Service Mode and the unscientific and unreasonable points assessment system.2.The pressure differences and causes of metro police in different dimensions.The stress level of men is slightly higher than that of women;With the increase of age,the stress level gradually decreases;The pressure level of undergraduate degree is the highest.3.The problems of metro police pressure management.The main problem is that the rights and responsibilities of metro police are not clearly defined;The mechanism of unit pressure management is not perfect;Lack of scientific decompression methods.Based on the results of the above empirical analysis,this paper puts forward five countermeasures to improve the metro police pressure management: 1.Clarify the boundary of power and responsibility2.Promote scientific management.3.Improve and implement the pressure management system.4.Strengthen the publicity and popularization of laws and have the courage to take responsibility.5.Promote scientific decompression methods.
