Research On The Performance Evaluation Index System Of The Basic Unit Political Work In The Armed Police Force In The New Period

Political work is the lifeline of our army.However,from a high standard point of view,there are also some practical problems which are not standardized and low performance.The promotion of political work quality and efficiency,we must vigorously update basic unit political work management,optimization of management process,change management mode,basic unit political work management system development with the characteristics of our army,the bold exploration in the construction of new political work management system,the key is to establish a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system in the performance evaluation,fair and reasonable to establish a correct political orientation of the implementation of the work.The main content of this paper is divided into introduction,domestic and international performance evaluation index system and research review,the PAP basic unit political work performance evaluation index system theory and method foundation,the PAP basic unit political work performance evaluation index system,to explore the armed forces base layer political work performance evaluation index system of the pilot study of five parts.The significance of the first chapter mainly elaborates the origin,research problems,and make the definition and Research on the related concept of the basic ideas;the second chapter summarized the situation at all times and in all countries performance evaluation and index system;the third chapter mainly studies the performance evaluation theory and methods,to provide theoretical support for this study;the fourth chapter explores to build a performance evaluation index system of the PAP basic unit political work,put forward the subject and the object and the carrier of the "body" assessment dimensions,formed a complete performance evaluation index system;the fifth chapter mainly introduces the selected pilot of 3 different types of units on the early,find out the problems and put forward countermeasures and improvement measures.
