Research On The Participation Of Social Work In The Work Of Partyconsteuction From Thepeespective Of Embedding Of Embedding Theory

With the development of China's economy and society,urbanization is also advancing.In this process,the community has become a microcosm of the development of Chinese society.The community is not only a reflection point and a guarantee point for social conditions and social stability,but also an important foothold for party building.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the building of grassroots party organizations,give play to the responsibilities of grassroots party organizations to unite the masses and serve the masses,and guide party members to play a vanguard and exemplary role.The community is an important position in the construction of grassroots party organizations.Each community explores party building work according to its own actual situation.Through research,it is found that social work has a natural advantage in developing community party building services.Embedding the social work professional values,methods and talents into the community party building work can strengthen the grassroots party organization construction and enable the community party construction work to provide better services.At the same time,community party building work is also a new service field for social work in the community development,and it plays an important role in the localization of social work.With research sample of the M community party building service project,the thesis is based on the embedding theory.The demand such as the sense of belonging could be acquired and the service consciousness,service ability and service carrier of the M community party building service project was analyzed by the action research,observation,interviews and other methods involved in the party construction.For social work,Community party building work has certain needs in terms of service carriers and service targets.With the guidance of embedded theory,social work embeds professional value professional methods and professional talents into the specific service process of designing,implementing and evaluating community party construction service projects.Through the research,it found that in the process of the implementation of social work embedded in party building service projects,social work has achieved certain embedding effect,meeting the needs of party members,improving the service consciousness and ability of party members,and promoting the development of community party building work.However,in the process of embedding social work,there are also some problems,such as conflicts between social work and party building,shortage of community professionals,and shortage of funds for community party branch activities.Finally,the author tries to summarize the way of embeddingsocial work into party building.
