With the rapid rise and development of China's social organizations,social organizations undertake more government procurement services.They are more professional and more standardized way of providing services,so that the community is expected to reduce the implementation of voluntary services,which means that the living space of voluntary service organizations has been repeatedly compressed.However,whether as to realize public welfare social value,or the social service function of completing the volunteer service organization,social organization is still irreplaceable.In this way,it is essential for volunteer organizations to provide more comprehensive and efficient services to the voluntary service organizations.In view of the above situation,the status quo,in-depth analysis and study of voluntary service organizations and social organizations and causes of the problems of volunteer service organizations to further explore effective ways of positioning,transformation,active collaborate and social organizations to achieve complementary advantages,such research is very necessary.At the same time,the effective cooperation between the two will have important theoretical and practical significance for the reform and innovation of China's social service system.Taking the youth volunteer service in Sui city as an example,this paper tries to make a more thorough study of the above problems by summarizing,summarizing,analyzing and demonstrating,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
