Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Abandoned Management Community In Shenyang

With the continuous development of economy and society,people's living standards are improving day by day,and the city's appearance has changed greatly.Some new residential areas with modern elements and fashionable features are springing up,especially the smart home and smart life,which are now praised highly,have greatly improved people's living environment.No matter in hardware facilities or software management,these new communities have greatly improved the happiness and satisfaction of residents' lives.Comparatively speaking,those old residential areas with a long history have become old and backward as time goes on.This has been far from meeting the growing needs and living requirements of residents,reducing the living standards of residents,affecting the quality of life of residents,affecting the city appearance,and even the harmonious progress of society.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed to build a social governance pattern of CO governance and sharing,and improve the level of socialization,rule of law,intelligence and specialization of social governance,which also highlights the necessity and urgency of the governance of abandoned residential areas.This paper collects and arranges the research data of the governance of abandoned residential areas in Shenyang by the methods of literature analysis and interview,and provides the theoretical basis for the governance of abandoned residential areas based on the relevant theories of multi center governance.Firstly,this paper explains the research background and significance of the abandoned management community,summarizes the existing research at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas,research methods and possible innovations of this paper.Then it expounds the current situation and specific problems of the management of the abandoned management community in Shenyang,and analyzes the existing problems from the four levels of government,community,property and residents.At last,the author thinks about the Countermeasures of the management of the abandoned management community,and on the basis of theoretical analysis and practical summary,puts forward feasible suggestions on the management of the abandoned management community,mainly from four aspects: defining the government functions,building a multi governance model,improving the level of property services,and enhancing the awareness of citizens.
