Practice Research On The Establishment Of Minzu Unity And Progress In Sunan Yugur Autonomous County

China is a unified multi-Minzu country,and Minzu unity is related to the unity of the country,social stability and the common progress of all Minzu.The establishment of Minzu unity and progress is a systematic social project under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and under the leadership of governments at all levels to promote Minzu unity and common progress of all Minzu through effective governance for all Minzu.The establishment of Minzu unity and progress is not only a proposition of exchanges,but also a gradual process,with its connotation deepening and innovation with the development of the times.Since Sunan Yugur Autonomous County was selected as the national demonstration county of Minzu unity and progress,through a series of effective measures,the cause of Minzu unity and progress has made a lot of remarkable achievements in building up the awareness of the Chinese Minzu community,promoting regional economic development,social progress,ecological environment improvement and Minzu cultural prosperity.However,in exploring the practice of Minzu unity and progress in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County,the author finds that the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection,the lack of effectiveness of grass-roots organizations,and the crisis of Minzu culture inheritance in the process of modernization are the problems that should be paid attention to in deepening the establishment of Minzu unity and progress in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County.The dissertation is divided into five parts.The introduction part expounds the purpose and significance of the topic,combs the domestic and foreign literature on the establishment of Minzu unity and progress,and clarifies the research ideas and methods of this dissertation.The first chapter traces back the practice course of the establishment of the Minzu unity and progress in China,and lists the significance of the establishment of the Minzu unity and progress Demonstration County in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County.The second chapter combs the historical context of the relationship of Minzu in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County,and focuses on the work measures of the establishment of the unity and progress of Minzu in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County on the basis of investigation and research.The third chapter analyzes and discusses the effectiveness and existing problems of the establishment of Minzu unity and progress in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County.The fourth chapter is to improve the level of the establishment of the Minzu unity and progress in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County.It includes four aspects: strengthening the basic work,deepening the education of the Minzu unity and progress,paying attention to the basic and advantageous industries,consolidating the material basis of the Minzu unity and progress,protecting andinheriting the Minzu culture,cultivating the cultural basis of the Minzu unity and progress,integrating social resources,and optimizing the operation mechanism of the establishment of the Minzu unity and progress.The conclusion summarizes and prospects the research.
