Research On Practice And Experience Of Creating The Nationwide Demonstration State Of Nation Unity Progress In Xiangxi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture

The implemented of the pilot program of “Nationwide Demonstration Prefecture(Regions,Cities and Leagues)of Nation Unity Progress” by State Ethnic Affairs Commission of the People's Republic of China(SEAC)has great strategic and practical significance,we must create relevant experience.Xiangxi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as Xiangxi State)was one of the 13 pilots “Nationwide Demonstration Prefecture(Regions,Cities and Leagues)of Nation Unity Progress” that confirmed by SEAC in 2013,the create work of Xiangxi State entered a new stage.Through the method of literature review,social practice and induction,combined with history and reality,macro and micro,discussed the main practices of Creating the “Nationwide Demonstration state of Nation Unity Progress” in Xiangxi State.It had theoretical and innovative value,the function of promoting the systematic,scientific and operability of national unity and progress and great significance to supplement,deepen and perfect the theory of Marx and socialism with Chinese characteristics for summarized the experience in Xiangxi State.The main practices in Xiangxi State had: Realizing the national unity and social stability in Xiangxi State by legalizing of ethnic affairs.Realizing the development of national economy in Xiangxi State by innovating development pattern.Realizing the improvement of guarantee the people's livelihood guarantee in Xiangxi State by equalizing of basic public services.Realizing the national cultural prosperity in Xiangxi State by building of national spiritual home.Built the model of national unity and progress in Xiangxi State by create work of national unity and progress.Summarized the experience in Xiangxi State included: Seize the key to implementing the national and religious policies,related laws and regulations of Communist Party of China(CPC).Tamping the foundation to Consolidating ruling foundation of CPC in ethnic areas.Based on the core to accelerating the pace of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas.Grasping the distinguishing feature to promoting cultural soft power and establishing a good ecological environment.Xiangxi State developed extensive pilot activities of creation,and adopted the pilot acceptance,was named “Nationwide Demonstration state of Nation Unity Progress” by SEAC in November 2016.The experience of Xiangxi State was reclaimed new breakthrough point for the study of Marx's ethnic theory and policy.Provided realistic reference to consolidating and developed the new ethnic relationship in the new period of our country.Provided a new case and a new perspective a new case and perspective for study of national unity and progress in our country.Provided practical guidance and reference for Hunan province and other multi-ethnic areas in China.
