Research On The Public Policy's Implementation Deviations Of Local Government

Local government is the subject of implementing public policy,which is related to whether policy objectives can be implement effectively.In the actual implementation process,public policy is restricted by many factors,a few governments have the different degrees or forms of deviations in policy implementation,the administrative efficiency and quality of local governments are lowered,which also affects the credibility and execution ability of local governments.This thesis mainly analyses the factors which influence the local government executes the public policy,looks for feasibility methods that can promote the public policy execution.It has great practical significance to promote rural revitalization,the building of a new countryside,accelerate industries which include culture,tourism and other industries to integrate and innovate,in the same time,carries forward further the local traditional culture.Firstly,the thesis elaborates the theory and concept about policy implementation which can be establish a systematic understanding,then explains the causes of implementation deviation,analyzes and solves problems.Secondly,this thesis will interpret the status quo,problems,causes of the dragon boat racing policy in the A Town JiangXi Province under the perspective of the public policy execution.Through on-the-spot investigation,interviewing S Town villagers,the thesis elaborates the concrete execution of A Town's dragon boat racing in the folk cultural policies,analyzes the status quo of local government public policy execution and the specific performance of the public policy implementation deviation.Finally,the thesis focuses on analyzing the deep-seated reasons for the implementation deviation of dragon-boat race folk culture policy in A town,puts forward my suggestions and feasible countermeasures to promote the better implementation of the folk culture policy,and provides references for the local government to improve effectively the public policy implementation.
