Study On The Basic Public Service Supply Ability Of Relocation Sites

During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,a large number of resettlement houses and infrastructure such as water,electricity,roads,gas,and networks,as well as public service facilities such as education,health,and culture,were built through the implementation of the relocation poverty alleviation project.In view of the production and living conditions in poverty-stricken areas,under the favorable situation that the number of poor people has greatly reduced,the fight against poverty will also enter the stage of consolidating poverty alleviation results after 2020,and the supply of basic public services can complement the current poverty alleviation measures.Strengthening the construction of basic public services is an important means to consolidate the results of the ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation project,and it is also a strategic measure to improve service efficiency and further advance the modernization of government governance systems and capabilities.Based on the theories of public products and new public management,this article uses the literature method and questionnaire survey method to select five indicators of basic public education,basic social security,basic medical care,infrastructure,and basic public culture and sports,based on County H according to the local reality,the objective and subjective aspects of the construction of the evaluation index system for the basic public service supply capacity of the relocation sites in County H were analyzed.The present situation analysis,descriptive statistics,and analysis revealed that the teacher level and teaching quality were low,and the social security level low and insured structure imbalances,lack of medical equipment and personnel,inadequate infrastructure management and protection mechanisms,low use of cultural and sports facilities and low participation in activities,etc.,and proposed strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,improving teaching quality,and improving the social security system and system Suggestions on improving the medical and health service mechanism and improving the medical level,improving the infrastructure management and protection mechanism,increasing the utilization rate of cultural and sports facilities and enriching cultural and sports activities,with a view to improving the basic public service supply capacity of County H.
