Study On The Government Functions In The Development Of Tourist Industry In Tongliao City

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,tourism activities are gradually becoming an inevitable choice for people to relax,get close to nature and improve the quality of life.The rapid rise of new forms of tourism,including rural tourism,red tourism and self-driving travel,has injected strong impetus into economic and social development.Tongliao is located at the intersection of Jilin province,Liaoning province and Inner Mongolia autonomous region.The unique human history and superior natural resources provide the unique natural conditions for the development of tourism in Tongliao.However,tourism industry in Tongliao started late,and most of infrastructure and supporting public services still need to be improved.Tourism resources and product system still need to be further explored and developed too.This paper takes Tongliao as the research scope,and based on new publicmanagement theory and public goods theory,literature research method,field visit survey method,comparative analysis,empirical analysis method,etc.to comprehensively expounds the status quo of tourism development and government functions in Tongliao,and sorts out the problems existing in government functions in the development of tourism in Tongliao,mainly for the following reasons:insufficient implementation of tourism planning by the government,insufficient construction of public products and service supply,and insufficient guidance for various departments to promote industry integration.The specific reasons are that the government does not pay enough attention to the development of tourism,the management mechanism of the government is not sound,and the financial support of the government to develop tourism is insufficient.In view of the existing problems,this article also from the government to promote tourism development at home and abroad to seek to draw lessons from the experience of the measures to better improve the Tongliao government function,put forward and create a good environment for the tourism development,improve the tourism infrastructure construction,strengthen the tourism marketing and to speed up the pace of innovation,transformation and upgrading of targeted counter measures and suggestions.
