Research On Community Home-based Careservice For The Elderly Who Lost Their Only Child Cities Under The Guidance Of The Taiyuan Goverment

At present,urban community pension has become a new way to solve the pension problem in China and has made outstanding contributions to alleviate the current pension dilemma in China.However,there are still some deficiencies in the service provided by the new method of community pension for the elderly who have lost their only child.Therefore,this paper takes the old people who lost their only child as the main body and takes taiyuan city in Shanxi Province as an example to explore the problems existing in the policy guarantee,related facilities construction and service provision for the old people who lost their only child in the community provided by taiyuan government,analyze the reasons behind and put forward corresponding countermeasures.The article is divided into five parts: the first part defines the core concepts of the old people who lost their only child in the city and the community home-based care,and briefly introduces the main theories,laying a theoretical foundation for the later discussion.The second chapter gives a brief introduction to The number of families who have lost their only child and The current situation of providing for The aged.And briefly sorted out the relevant policies already issued in China.The third chapter focuses on The urban lost only elderly community home-based care services in taiyuan,This paper introduces and summarizes The situation of elderly people who lost their only child In taiyuan,relevant policies on elderly people who lost their only child and community pension issued by taiyuan government,The current situation of community pension construction in taiyuan and the service mode provided by the government.The fourth chapter is in view of taiyuan community construction for the loss of the elderly pension security lack of a detailed explanation and in-depth analysis,and analyze the underlying reasons.The fifth chapter introduces the mode of providing community service for the aged who lost their only child in some cities inChina and puts forward some improvement measures.The author hopes that through this study,the group of elderly people who have lost their only child can get more attention from the academia and the whole society,and provide valuable reference and reference for solving the current and future pension problems of more elderly people who have lost their only child,so as to promote and realize the long-term harmony and stability of our society.
