Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In Grid Administration Of Hutang Town In Wujin District Of Changzhou

After the reform and opening up,China's urbanization process has been accelerating,the rapid increase of the foreign population and the gradual expansion of the city scale have significantly increased the difficulty of urban administration,and the traditional administration mode has gradually been replaced by the "grid" urban administration new mode.As an important measure of innovative social administration,grid administration is conducive to the transformation of government functions,enhancing service efficiency,promoting social harmony and stability,and solving many problems that cannot be solved by traditional administration mode.Hutang Town,Wujin District,Changzhou City has started grid administration since the beginning of 2018,initially realizing the implementation of grid administration,and achieved good results.However,there are still a series of problems in the grid administration of Hutang Town,such as the burden of the grass-roots community is too heavy,the participation of social forces is not sufficient,the operation mode is not mature,and the team construction is not sufficient.The main reasons for these problems are the particularity of the central city,the insufficient development of social capital,the weak leading role of the party construction,the inadequate reform measures and the backward administration system.It is suggested that Hutang town should be improved in several aspects,such as the integration of administrative resources,the establishment of system guarantee,the exploration of multiple governance under the guidance of Party building,the strengthening of grid resource sharing,and the improvement of supporting measures.There are 2 figures,4 tables and 53 references in this paper.
