Case Study On Improving The Ability Of Rural Poverty-Stricken Disabled People To Get Rid Of Poverty

With the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,China is stepping into a new era.The principal contradiction in China is also changing: the contradiction between the people's growing desire for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development of politics,economy and culture.The CPC central committee has stressed that China will complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020.The key to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is to lift poor households out of poverty.Social workers should have a strong voice in lifting poor families out of poverty.The key to lifting the poor and disabled out of poverty is how to solve the group's biggest problem.The number of poor disabled groups is large,they are more poor than the average poor households,to help them out of poverty is difficult.The essence of poverty is lack of ability.Poverty alleviation depends not only on whether the income is up to standard,but also on the improvement of poverty alleviation ability.Social work for the disabled plays an important supporting role in the improvement of the ability of the disabled to lift themselves out of poverty.In this paper,on the basis of questionnaire investigation and interview,using the theory of advantage and energized is poverty of the actual situation of the disabled from their poverty and set out to study the psychological condition,the results showed that the current state of existence of the disabled is still not optimistic,in the country out of poverty to pick a cap of big situation,they are still in a passive state.The survey found that people with disabilities are less able to work,less educated,lack of continuous and systematic skills training and lack of confidence in poverty alleviation.In order to further study the intervention effect of case work for disabled persons,based on the survey and the interview objects selected a typical egotism,from four aspects to carry out a series of case for intervention activities: one is the director to raise the level of production and living skills second,director of mental health level of ascension,the third is director resources link capacity development,the construction of four is family support system.The following conclusions are drawn: the improvement of poverty alleviation ability is based on the improvement of the mental health of the disabled and the rebuilding of self-confidence.Social work services must be consistent with current poverty alleviation mechanisms;The key is to help the disabled to explore their own advantages,learn to link internal and external resources,according to their own characteristics to master a sustainable development of employment technology.The innovation of this paper is to improve the self-identity of the disabled according to the actual situation,based on their own advantages,help them improve their mentality,so that they can bravely face their own physical defects and meet external challenges.In this paper,because the typical subjects selected are mildly disabled and the family social work intervention of the disabled with other disability levels is not involved,the research object and scope should be expanded in the future.
