Research On The Rule Of Law Of Network Violence Governance

Nowadays,people in the network and information in the beginning of a new life,relying on the existence of modern information technology in this society,is breaking the people have been dependent on the industrial and agricultural era,here people will live from the physical space extended to electronic data,virtual space.With the rapid development and wide application of Internet,people can fully enjoy the conveniences brought by Internet,and avoid the harm brought by network anomie.Cyber-bullying is one of the anomie behaviors.We can only focus on it and study it when it's unavoidable.This article takes the network violence as the research object,has carried on the induction to the network violence type,the harm as well as the cause of formation,in how to deal with the network violence this question,also proposed the corresponding opinion.This article is always around the current governance of cyber-violence of this reality to explore,in order to improve the problem of cyber-violence in China.This paper is divided into seven parts: Introduction,five chapters and epilogue.In the foreword part,this article has carried on the explanation to the social background,the research method and the innovation point which carries on this research.The first chapter mainly defines the concept of network violence and summarizes the basic characteristics of network violence,and finally summarizes several manifestations of network violence in the real society.The second chapter is mainly to the network violence's origin as well as brings each kind of harm to the society carries on the summary.The third chapter analyzes the value conflict brought by the network violence from the theory angle,provides the theory foundation for the following network violence governance.The Fourth Chapter of this paper through the foreign incidents of cyber-violence,and summed up the foreign response to cyber-violence is the practice.In the fifth chapter,the author first gives an overview of the current legislation on cyber-violence in China,and how to construct a reasonable governance system for cyber-violence in China,we will build a rule-of-law system that is standardized,efficient,tightly supervised and effectively guaranteed.Finally,in the conclusion part,I summarize the content of this paper again.The rule of law is the basic form of state governance,and the rule of law model is the only way to govern network violence.The network violence is a negative influence which breeds from the network society,and it is a negative reflection and expression in the network society in various fields such as economy,politics and culture in reality.The rule of law of Network Violence Governance means that we should use the rule of law thinking and the rule of law,the governance of network violence into the scope of the rule of law.The rational use of the rule of law thinking and method,to achieve the network violence in the rule of law track reasonable and effective regulation,has achieved the goal of maintaining the network clean and upright.
