The Elaborate Allocation Of Endowment Resources Under The Background Of Elderly Population Mobility

With the deepening of the urbanization,the phenomenon of mobility of the elderly population begins to emerge.There is a serious difference between its actual distribution and the distribution of the aged population reflected in the household registration,for reasons such as caring for grandchildren,reuniting with children,caring for old age or working in another city,this constantly enhanced flow feature will cause new problems in the allocation of endowment resources to the inflow and outflow areas,resulting in unreasonable and unscientific allocation of endowment resources.Different from other kinds of public and social resources,endowment resources belong to the resources that faced old people specific endowment demand.The dynamic and uncertain characteristics of the elderly population undoubtedly have a great impact on the allocation of endowment resources.The existing research on the allocation of endowment resources mainly serves the elderly population with household registration.The mobility of the elderly population is not taken into account.However,in the context of increasingly frequent population mobility,the gap between the registered population and the actual resident population is getting larger and larger,and the allocation of endowment resources with the registered population(static)characteristics is obviously far from the reality.Background of aging population flow,this paper studies the endowment of resources configuration,considering the flow characteristics of the elderly population,selection of Dalian area as the research object,the endowment resources of fine configuration package by the census and statistics yearbook data,using GIS software and Python big data processing technology,based on spatial analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,macroscopic and microscopic multi-angle contrast,analysis of Dalian jurisdiction street spatial distribution characteristics of the elderly population and agglomeration situation,find out the elderly population gradually evolved from the downtown agglomeration in 2000 to the multi-core agglomeration in downtown-suburban areas in 2010.The matching relationship between the elderly population and the endowment resources and facilities is studied.By means of geographical detector and Logistic model regression,the relationship between supply and demand of aged people and pension resources was analyzed from social and individual factors.Macroscopically,the degree of population aging is influenced by multiple factors rather than single factors.On the micro level,the elderly with different family structure,living standard,residence reasons,daily exercise duration and medical treatment conditions have different housing choices and endowment resource needs.This article reflects the different groups of the elderly to the different needs of all kinds of resources endowment degree,help to clarify the aging population and pension resources supply and demand relations,help the streets or in resettlement community endowment resources more targeted,the facilities layout and the public resource allocation more reasonable,the internal endowment resources planning has certain complementary and guiding role.
