Study On The Standardization In The Criminal Cases Of Police Station

As the most basic fighting entity of the public security organ,the police station undertakes a large number of handling tasks of public security,criminal and other administrative cases.It is the front line and service window of the battle,and the terminal tentacle of the police work.Although the current police station undertakes more and more tasks,handling criminal cases is still one of its indispensable functions.With the acceleration of the process of legalization,the reform of judicial system puts forward higher requirements for the criminal law enforcement of public security organs.Based on my own work experience and the collection and analysis of relevant literature,the author believes that there are still a series of problems in the investigation of criminal cases in police stations in our country,such as false case filing,evidence collection,and irregular use of compulsory measures,and many law enforcement behaviors and links need to be regulated.In view of the foundation and importance of the criminal investigation work in the police station,this paper uses the method of literature research and empirical research to study the outstanding problems existing in the current criminal investigation work in the police station in China,and on the basis of careful analysis of the causes of the problems,puts forward effective solutions to improve the effectiveness of the criminal investigation work in the police station and promote the police station Further improvement of criminal law enforcement capacity.
