Research On Risk Assessment To Shanghai Public Security

With the rapid advancement of urbanization in China,the severe situation of urban public security puts our symbiotic society at a high risk.At present,the international community is continuously accumulating risks and disasters are frequent,China's social development is at a critical transition period,the urban public environment is also "crisis-ridden",various public security emergencies threaten the security of people's lives and property,but also bring huge losses and harm to the country and society,the concept of ensuring the safe operation of cities has increasingly attracted the attention of the public and government departments.In the new era of economic and social development,public security risks show a new trend.As one of the megacities in China,Shanghai bears a huge population size and huge development pressure,it is undoubtedly challenging and complicated to conduct urban public security management and urban risk assessment.Based on Shanghai's special position,to effectively respond to Shanghai's inherent vulnerability,security management should be carried out from multiple aspects to achieve comprehensive layout and multi-field research.It is important to conduct public safety risk assessment and index system research in risk-prone cities.Scientific risk assessment can effectively help cities find potential risks early and improve the comprehensive strength of urban public security management.Based on those,this paper analyzes the current status of urban public security risk assessment,elaborates public security management theory and related theoretical foundations,analyzes the "fragility" and "capability" assessment index system,and uses Shanghai as a research object to conduct an empirical exploration of urban public security risk assessment.By sorting out the framework of urban public security risk assessment,conducting risk identification and risk assessment on Shanghai,and substituting quantitative data into the evaluation index system,this paper use the factor analysis method to measure the current risk index data,further objectively analyze the risk assessment results,and then thoroughly analyze the existing public security shortcomings and security development bottlenecks,the paper explore the optimal path of urban public security risk management,proposed a series of improvement countermeasures and suggestions in a targeted manner,try to find out the general laws that guarantee the city's public security operation,it also provides a strong reference for urban public security risk management in China in terms of development planning,emergency deployment,design layout,and risk prevention.Itis conducive to strengthening urban public security risk management,comprehensively improving the ability to resist risks,and promoting the harmonious development of social security.The paper has 18 pictures,21 tables,and 75 references.
