Research On Digital Copyright Value Evaluation Based On Fuzzy Logic

In recent years,the rapid development of the digital copyright industry has become an important supporting point for my country's economic growth.Watching movies,watching TV series,reading novels and listening to music on the Internet have been integrated into the lives of most Chinese.However,what does not match the rapid development of the entire digital copyright industry is that there are few methods for evaluating the value of digital copyright in movies,TV series,novels,music,etc.,which also seriously hinders the development of the digital copyright industry.The digital copyright value evaluation method studied in this paper has a certain universality.Compared with the traditional copyright value evaluation method,it only compares the value evaluation of specific works such as TV series,movies,and animation.The purpose of traditional copyright value evaluation methods is mostly for copyright transactions or copyright pledge financing.The evaluation objectives are very clear.Generally,only the evaluation of specific works such as a TV series,film or animation;but it is not applicable to the evaluation of digital copyright value..This article is to present a reasonable evaluation model for the increasing digital rights transactions,and provide a good environment for digital rights transactions.Compared with the tangible assets whose value is easy to evaluate,the content carrier of digital copyright assets is in various forms,the value uncertainty is very high,and the potential development ability is large and the hidden income is high,so it is difficult to accurately and effectively evaluate its value.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the background and significance of this study and the current research status at home and abroad,analyzes the previous scholars and professors' research on the evaluation of copyright value and related literature,and puts forward the innovation of this article.Chapter 2 first explains the concept of digital copyright;then analyzes the applicability of traditional evaluation methods;Chapter 3 is based on fuzzy logic value copyright evaluation model.After quantizing several indicators of the movie,a fuzzy logic method is used to establish a digital rights evaluation model;Chapter 4 is the design of a digital rights evaluation system;Chapter 5 is based on the digital rightsevaluation system and experimental data.And the analysis and demonstration of the experiment;Chapter 6 is the summary and prospect.This part is a summary of the contents of the first five chapters,and then points out the deficiencies in the research process to provide direction for the next step of research.This paper believes that the method based on fuzzy logic can pass multiple parameters or indicators of the work,that is,taking into account the current digital copyright value of the work,and also taking into account the potential value of the work,and try to avoid excessive deviations in the evaluation value.However,the uncertainty of the value of digital copyright is high,and piracy will greatly increase the risk of the work.Therefore,at the policy level,laws and regulations related to digital copyright should be improved,the crackdown on piracy should be increased,and legal protection should be established for the development of the digital copyright market.Digital rights such as movies and TV series are important assets of some enterprises or individual creators.In order to ensure the interests of both parties to the transaction,the value of digital rights needs to be evaluated correctly and effectively.
