Research On Preferential Treatment Of Police Under The Background Of Police Reform

Since the 18 th Congress of the CPC,the central Committee of CPC with Secretary General Xi Jinping as the core made a comprehensive deployment in deepening police reforn,strengthening police work and the construction of police force,stressing that the overall establishment of security system of police profession be the vital content of preferential treatment of police.Under the circumstance of police reform,the way of addressing the problems in the work of preferential treatment of police is the important task we must face with and accomplish according to "Loyal to the Party,serving the people,Fair law enforcement,Strict disipline" put forward by Xi Jinping and insist on the combination of strict control of and preferential treatment of police force,With the background of deepening police reform and the guidance of the theory of Marxism in terms of human nature and overall development,based on our country’s reality of police work and the new situation,new task and new requirement,through field study on the current work of preferential treatment of police,on the basis of expliceit understanding of preferential treatment of police,this paper generalizes and analyzes,in four aspecrs,the unsytemtic,incomplete understanding of policy in thought with respect of preferential treatment of police and unbalance between strict control,preferential treatment of police,further improvement of law enforcement guarantee in politics and optimizing of rank promotion system,meanwhile,there being room to step up in terms of financial guarantee of policing work and salary and wealfare,the physical and mental well-being of police in everyday life and such kind of problems and causes,at the same time,this paper also puts forward the idea of improving cognitive level,sticking to the combination of strict control of and Preferential treatment of police,deepening police management in politics,strenthening the guarantee of law enforcement,investing more budget,provision of sufficient funds and materals,pioneering and innovating simultanious development of various neasures in life caring for the physical and mental health of police individuals as well as strenthening some basic countermeasures in perfecting the work of preferential treatment of police.
