Empirical Research On Satisfaction Of Rural Environmental Governance

In recent years,China's rural environment has deteriorated seriously.It is urgent to carry out environmental remediation.In order to improve the rural ecological environment and promote green development,the party and government actively promote environmental governance.At the 2018 National Eco-Environmental Protection Conference,Xi Jinping emphasized that resolutely fighting the pollution prevention battle requires the construction of an environmental governance system led by party committee leaders,government-led,corporate entities,and social participation.This paper uses Xi Jinping's theory of ecological civilization construction as the main theoretical support to study China's rural environmental problems,and then combines public satisfaction theory to explore rural environmental governance from the perspective of public satisfaction,with a view to providing references for rural environmental governance.It can be known from related literature research that previous studies on rural environmental governance satisfaction mainly focused on qualitative research,and the discussion center focused on governance issues and countermeasures,while quantitative research was rare,and the rural environmental governance satisfaction index system was not yet mature.Based on reading a large amount of literature,this paper confirms the index system of rural environmental governance satisfaction,then uses the Likert five-scale method to measure the satisfaction of rural areas in Linquan County,and finally obtains the satisfaction score of rural environmental governance in this area.In the process of combing the literature,it is found that there are many index systems of satisfaction influencing factors,but the influencing factors of rural environmental governance satisfaction have not yet formed a mature unified scale.Therefore,this paper mainly uses SPSS software to analyze the influencing factors of rural environmental governance satisfaction,and defines the three influencing factors: government supervision,corporate governance effect and public participation.Then Amos software is used to verify the accuracy of the indicators,and it was found that the Goodness of Fit is better.In summary,the influencing factors of rural environmental governance satisfaction can be defined as government supervision,corporate governance effects,and public participation.Based on the results of factor analysis,this paper further studies the relationship between individual population characteristics,government supervision,corporate governance effect,and public participation and satisfaction.First,this article constructs structural equations through AMOS.The results of regression analysis show a significant positive correlation between government regulation,corporate governance effects,and public participation in satisfaction.Second,gender,age,income level,and education level were added as control variables in the path map.The study found that gender,income level,and education level did not affect satisfaction,and age could be used as a control variable to affect satisfaction.Finally,age is used as the control variable to obtain the final structural equation model.Based on the results of quantitative research,this article makes recommendations for improving rural environmental governance satisfaction.It includes: first,to increase government supervision,that is,to strengthen the supervision of enterprises,to strengthen the guidance and education of the public,and to improve environmental governance supervision mechanism;second,to improve the effect of corporate environmental governance,that is,to strengthen the awareness of corporate responsibility,to strengthen the professional capabilities of enterprises,and to actively improve the project feasibility;third,to promote public participation,that is,to improve the public participation system,build a public participation platform,and encourage public participation.
