Study On The Grid Governance Of The Immigrant Community

With the deepening of reform and opening-up,the urbanization and industrialization of all regions are gradually promoted.The rural population is constantly migrating to the city,especially in some areas with labor-intensive enterprises,which attract a large number of foreign populations.With the employment and settlement of these foreign populations,the industrial community is gradually formed and enters people's sight.The governance of this kind of industrial community with large population has become the focus and difficulty of the government.The continuous growth of industrial output value and the continuous influx of population have brought infinite vitality to the community,but also caused various problems,such as the bad social order,the harsh ecological environment and so on.Facing the problem of community governance,under the background of the coming of information age and the vigorous development of digital community,the emerging grass-roots governance model community grid governance emerged as the times require,as a typical model in many cities in China can be applied and promoted.Based on the reality of Sub-district A in Wenzhou,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of grid governance of Sub-district A.On the basis of clarifying the topic,this paper makes an overall introduction of the background and significance of this study,the research status at home and abroad,the research purpose,and the research methods,ideas and innovations.And the related concepts are defined to clarify the theoretical basis of Community Grid governance.The grid governance of Sub-district A community is comprehensively evaluated.Through empirical research,the main methods are summarized as enriching governance subjects,reasonably dividing grid,rationalizing grid operation mechanism,etc.Then it points out that there are still some problems in grid governance of Sub-district A,such as the unreasonable allocation of the main body,unclear division of power and responsibility,and imperfect security system,etc.This paper analyzes the above problems and explores the reasons behind them,which can be summarized as the administrative tendency of grid governance,the weak incentive and constraint role of the supervision system,and the difficulty of highlighting the important role of social organizations.Finally,according to the practice of Sub-district A,it puts forward some policy suggestions such as further strengthening the main body construction,improving the system design of community governance,and improving the security mechanism.
