Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Public Service Standardization

China's economy has entered the stage of high-quality development.The main social contradictions have changed from the contradiction between the growing material and cultural needs of the people and the backward social production to the contradiction between the people's growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.While adhering to the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,community has increasingly become an indispensable link between residents and the government,and more and more people begin to pay attention to the standardization level of community public service work.With the increasingly prominent performance of community services,a series of problems derived from it are also worth paying attention to: People's attention to community public services is gradually strengthened,the development of standardization of community public services among different regions is uneven,there are great differences in resources between communities,and many problems need to be solved,such as establishing and perfecting the public service standardization system.Through the interview with the community staff of G street in Huimin District,Hohhot,this paper analyzes and combs some problems existing in the construction of the public service standardization work system system,work training,staff communication and service environment.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the causes of its formation and learning from the relevant experience at home and abroad,this paper further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,such as accelerating the establishment of community standardization work system,promoting the standardization construction of talent team,building effective standardization worksupervision and feedback system.It is expected that it can help to improve the existing public service standardization work in Hohhot community,and accelerate the promotion of service-oriented community service ability and level.
