Research purposes: this study mainly guided by the concept of positive psychology.This study focus on positive psychology is introduced into the elementary school sports education.This study adopt positive sports teaching of primary school students resilience in order to proceed quality experimental intervention study.This study mainly discuss that positive sports teaching to improve resilience of pupils effect.Research methods: this study mainly uses the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and the teaching methods of experimental method.This research object is Chenzhou Yizhang second completely elementary school students.By adapting positive sports teaching resilience intervention,this study measured resilience of pupils after three-mouth teaching experiment,and tested the effectiveness produced by positive sports teaching.The Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(Hu,Gan,2008)was conducted as evaluation tools.The five dimensions of resilience: positive thinking,emotional control,goal planning focus,help-seeking and family support help-seeking were adopted to assess the resilience quality.Research results:1.That in comparative classes and experimental classes resilience before intervention in the T test shows that there is no statistical difference between that in comparative classes and experimental classes(T = 0.728,P > 0.728),the two classes have the homogeneity.2.Total score of experimental classes of resistance to power down significantly increased after intervention,the experimental statistically significant differences before and after test[(83.53±4.352)vs(91.69±4.452),t =-19.412,P <0.001],at the same time the experimental classes in mental toughness four dimensions(positive thinking,emotional control,goal planning focus,help-seeking)before and after test on significant differences(P < 0.05).In mental toughness score on the dimension of family support there is no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.That in comparative classes resilience of total score in the test before and after test[(82.92±3.996)vs(83.39±3.499),t =-1.962,P >0.05] after the test scores have improved,but did not present the significant differences,visible twice to keep a certain stability evaluation,changed a little.Research conclusions: intervention after using positive sports teaching experimental classes of subjects in resilience most dimensions increase is far higher than that in comparative classes resilience,therefore,can through the method of exercise intervention and training,and actively down resistance force of physical education teaching for primary school students played a good intervention effect.Students from experimental classes of semi-structured interview report also verify the effect of intervention.
