With the deepening trend of educational reform of our country and the accumulation of reforming experience,the role of teachers in education reform is more and more important.In recent years,the relevant report of UNESCO in summing up the successful experience of instruction reform has pointed out that teacher is one of the three key deciding factors of education reform.And the reform without teachers' help or against teachers' will has never been successful.The work of vocational teacher involves a wide complex content work,and it is extremely difficult to use existed theory and tehchnology to determine its professional field.However,vocational teachers,as one of specialization and skilled teacher,the evaluation mechanism and standard of whom is extremely lacking in research.In this paper,it constructs a set of evaluation system for vocational teacher's growth management and occupation ability based on the related vocational teacher evaluation theory,and applys the related technology for practice.The main work of this paper are as follows:1.How to construct a general model for the evaluation system of vocational teacher growth management and occupation evalument.Based on a large number reseach of basic theory,it constructs a general model for vocational teacher growth management and occupation ability assessment system.And further more on this basis,I will make a plan for the development of this software system.2.Pay attention to the construction of ability model and focus on the teacher growth management.This system can not only design a software through the construction of professional models.And throuth the time axis for the growth of teachers,the teachers can view the characteristics of each stage and the need to improve on their own.In addition,the system can generate a occupation ability model of tension diagrams automatically,and the teachers can also have a direct and clear understanding of their own current capability.3.How to combine the vocational teachers' growth management system with the evaluation of occupation ability,and maximize the role of the supporting system.The system is based on the relevant theory of the growth of teachers and teachers'professional ability and the current state of the teachers team construction in vocational schools to the actual development,this software is designed to maximize support service function,promote vocational school teacher growth management and professional ability assessment of their own,thus better to allow teachers to better management and enhance their.4 how to use reliable development technology and system high availability.This system uses the PHP5.2 programming language.Programming framework using PHP open source thinkphp3.1 framework,JavaScript framework jQuery.Database using Centos6.2.ThinkPHP is a lightweight PHP development framework based on MVC and object oriented rapid,simple,released under the Apache2 open source agreement,from birth has been adhering to the principle of simple and practical design,while maintaining the excellent performance and to simple code at the same time,with particular emphasis on the development experience and ease of use,and has the original function and characteristics of numerous,it provides powerful support for WEB application development.
