To primary school teachers as the research object,this paper in the investigation and analysis of their work stress,coping style and mental health,on the basis of the present situation and the level,further discusses the three mutual correlation and impact.Research in the form of stratified random sampling from zhongshan four primary schools,220 teachers as subjects,using psychological questionnaire to collect the relevant data,through SPSS 19.0 to deal with data.The results showed that:(1)primary school teachers have a relatively low level of job stress,psychological health level is higher,and primary school teachers tend to adopt positive coping styles;(2)the elementary school teachers' individual attributes and mental health,work stress and stress coping styles have no direct contact;But the positive reaction to and negatively correlated with mental health level and work stress,and negative coping,positively related to the working stress and mental health;(3)the work stress on mental health has strong predictive power;Approach to the work stress and mental health has strong predictive power,anxiety,depression and negative coping have strong predictive power on mental health.
