Quanzhou city is located in the southeast coast.Its economy is developed and its floating population is more.In recent years,the rapid floating population of Quanzhou plays a positive role in promoting urban economic and social development.But a large number of migrant workers education brings new challenges to the based education of the city.The education of migrant workers' children has many difficulties and problems.Firstly,this study reviews and combs the research about migrant workers' school children at home and abroad.Then,based on the theory of education fairness,the paper has a comprehensive understanding of migrant children school condition in Licheng District of Quanzhou city through detailed questionnaire,data analysis,case studies and special interview form.It finds that there are many problems in the system level,school level,social level and family level.They are mainly showed as some questions in the household registration system,the unjust distribution of education resources,ignored attitude from the school for migrant workers'children and not enough importance of migrant workers families to their children's education and so on.Then,the education problems of migrant children in Licheng District of Quanzhou city are analyzed.The author thinks that the problems are mainly produced in migrant family characteristics,school education,the reason of policy factors and so on.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures from four aspects such as the government,society,school,family.As for government policy,the household registration reform should be carried out and the education resources can be allocated rationally to promote the balanced development of the education During the process of problem of managing migrant children's education,the government must carry on the humanized management and create a harmonious education environment,establish harmonious interpersonal relations so that the students can feel loved.Schools create good study and living environment for migrant children from the perspective of the education environment,family factors and so on.Teachers should set up correct concept of education.Schools use impeccable school management system to protect their rights in education.Teachers and parents should understand the psychological status of students in time and take active measures to proper guidance and the human nature concern.Parent-school contact should be strengthened.Families and schools mutually concern their physical and mental health to create a good atmosphere for the healthy growth of migrant workers' children in order to achieve the social ideal of realizing fair education.
