School-based curriculum is a school of moral education according to the requirement of the national outline of moral education,in order to better cultivate students' comprehensive and harmonious development,combined with the characteristics of the school moral education and the local community resources and the needs of students' moral development,from the members of the school and outside organizations and individual cooperative development of empirical education courses.In moral education,moral education "experiential" as a kind of new pattern,it is not the non-computer majors blindly and rote learning,but by life scenes,practices,and other specific activities,through the guidance of interaction and experience,lets the student in the experience of introspection and reflection,understanding to generate healthy moral cognition,and in practice,such as interaction between Chinese and foreign to good moral behavior,the final formation of good moral behavior habits,and achieve the harmony of cognitive,emotional,moral and behavior,and finally promote the development of students' physical and mental health.This study in Enshi Shadi township central primary school as an example to do a case study.First USES the literature method combing the research status at home and abroad and the theory of moral education school-based curriculum development,defining the relevant concepts;Secondly expounds the experience the importance and necessity of the moral education school-based curriculum development;Enshi Shadi township township central primary school again experience the process of the moral education school-based curriculum development,such as development idea,course goal setting,etc.;Finally elaborated the problems in the development,analyzes the causes of the problem,and how to better promote experiential moral education actual effect on the development of school-based curriculum puts forward the following countermeasures:one is the participation and discussion enhance the identity of the experiential value of moral education;The second is the experience of the moral education school-based curriculum development support system;Three is a rich experience in the moral education school-based curriculum development,management and evaluation system;Four is the experience of establishing effective moral education system of social practice.
