Class is a kind of management organization form that the school takes to manage the students.Schools educate the students through the class.Good teacher is the direct perpetrators of activities,every teacher wants to create good learning environment and manage the class to make a civilization class.Class diary should be directed by class head teachers and complemented by the students,including each student in the class.Everyone should be in charge of recording the advantages,disadvantages and the progress of the class every day.The junior middle school stage is a key period in the development of students'body and mind,good management of junior high school class of the all-round development of students' future plays a vital role.Discuss the class diaiy,the study of junior high school class management is the actual research significance and use value.This study is through the system of practical observation and interview,with 2 class 3 41 people record the actual situation of class diary and information,to the class diary study of junior middle school class management role.The full text is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,the question is put forward,the domestic and foreign literature review,research purpose and meaning,definition of the core concepts,research contents and research methods,and thesis structure.The second part of junior high school class management present situation investigation,through the survey of our junior high school class,the analysis of the current junior high school class management of the status quo.The third part of "class diary"is introduced into the class management in practice to explore,through the 41 people daily diary by using class of class autonomous management of class practice research,elaborated"class diary" is introduced into the class management in the practice exploration.The fourth part is class diary application in junior high school class management principles.The fifth part is research conclusion and the insufficiency,the sixth part references.This paper adopted the investigation method and literature research,summarizes the domestic and foreign class diary in the application of class management study.The empirical investigation of the current junior high school class management present situation,analyzes the class diary in actual effect and value in the class in high school.This article research conclusion has certain theoretical value and practical significance.
