The implementation of junior high school students' Class Autonomous management is conducive to the promotion of the learning system,the class daily management work carried out in an orderly manner,let the students from managed to managers,to improve students' participation in class management enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,to encourage students to find their own value,to explore their own potential.In this paper,the subject education theory and democratic management theory make students' subjectivity and creativity,democracy in class autonomous management has gradually been developed and improved;the subject education theory under the background of junior middle school students' Class Autonomous management mode can improve the efficiency and quality of class management,the junior middle school students' Class Autonomous Management on a new the height of the.Do a good job of students' self-management,so that students can quickly adapt to the junior high school learning and life is the key.Let the students in the independent management,unity,cooperation,mutual understand,introspection,and common progress in the supervision,the formation of the atmosphere of race each other.In the research process,it mainly uses the literature method,survey method and interview method.Through the preparation,distribution,recycling questionnaire,access to literature,interviews and other methods,the theoretical analysis of the data,to understand the status of Weifang A Junior High School Class Autonomous management.Through the interviews with the teacher and parents,point out the questionnaire,understand the existing problems in class management,aiming at the problem of formation reason analysis;on this basis,using case analysis,explore the Countermeasures of the rural junior middle school students' Class Autonomous management,to help children grow up healthy and happy.Through the observation and study of the recent years,the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the junior middle school students' Class Autonomous Management: one is the full participation,change the traditional student class management concept;two is a teacher to guide the supervision and adjustment of class management mode;three is a reasonable evaluation,arouse students' enthusiasm and self management;four is the use of the advantage of the network build a school communication bridge;five is to realize the teacher role transformation,the establishment of "self management model of class three".Help students grow up healthy and happy.
