Class is the cell of a school, just like the family in the society, it plays an important role in school education. Class management is the foundation and normal school management work. Practical classroom management is the guarantee of maintaining the teaching order, ensuring the quality of teaching and realizing the teaching goal. In primary and secondary school education, junior middle school is an intermediate link between it, and it is the key period for the student to grow their bodies, enlarge their knowledge, and form a good habit, it has important and profound influence on students’ life. So junior high school class’s and grade’s management has a pivotal role in the education of primary and secondary schools. Junior high school class management plays really important role in realizing the goal of education, teaching and educating task, it is not only a system of education project, but also an important part of school management. Good operation status of junior high school class management, directly affect the junior middle school class education function into full play and junior high school students comprehensive, healthy and harmonious development of body and mind. Study the realistic problems in the junior high school class management can expand junior high school class management theory, at the same time can guide junior middle school class management practice. This study through the system of observation and interviews, collected class management information and data of twenty two classes of junior high school in grade one in Xin Yu No.1Middle School. The author thinks that, the management problem of Class One’s is:loosely organized, class management by objectives is not clear, the class is less than conventional management. The main reason for these problems are:class management did not form a resultant force:ignore the guidance of formal group and informal group, the departments and teachers group coordination is not enough; Not enough attention to students’ psychological needs, no parents play the role of cooperation; Class management target interoperability is not strong; Class target from the actual, student class aim involved in has not enough teachers to cope with; strong sense of subjectivity, class objective feasibility difference; Class goal feasibility difference; Class simply learning management mode;Students’ learning interest is not high, the learning methods are not scientific, habit is poor, and unitary activities of form, content. To solve these problems and the reasons, and junior high school class management to the pedagogy of "barrel theory", subjectivity education theory, on the basis of contingency management theory; To the management of the target of the middle class should adhere to management principles such as subjectivity, resultant force and diversity. The author thinks that, the head teachers should be constantly learning, improve quality, to explore in practice, constantly improve their own ability structure, reflect continuously. Play to students’ autonomous ability, based on differences in principle, the principle of subjectivity, students take the initiative to autonomy; Barrel theory for the principle, everybody autonomy, all-round development. From the point of individual, to overcome weakness; Form education resultant force, coordinate with the different departments within the school, strengthen the communication and coordination between teacher in charge with the other teachers, school is to guide and help the family education, parents take an active part in class management; Development of social education resources, make full use of school education in the social beneficial side.
