Sports Participation Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of International Students In Colleges And Universities In Wuhan City

With the development of economic globalization and internationalization of higher education,education is more and more foreign students to the attention of the countries all over the world.In recent years,China’s education cause has made great progress in students,as a big cultural province,hubei province colleges and universities has been ranked among the top domestic students,enrolled 13968 students in 2013 alone.Such a special and large population in China is bound to be faced with a problem,that is adaptation of intercultural communication.Due to the influence of original foreign culture,foreign students usually show the psychological anxiety and abnormal behavior.Sports activities have convergence between China and foreign countries,and at the same time is also a kind of beyond the geographical,language,race,color,gender,and age culture carrier,to promote foreign students cross-cultural adaptation has the vital role.With the aid of sports activities of the platform,foreign students can quickly into life in China,enhance the emotional and cultural exchanges,to better adapt to life and learning in China.Questionnaire,this article through to the students from the perspective of the current college physical education for students studing abroad and the development of extracurricular sports activities,to understand their willingness to participate in sports activities,to understand their knowledge of Chinese traditional sports culture,analyzes the present condition of sports participation for students studing abroad in zhuhai.In view of the survey data,statistical analysis induce the following conclusion:1.PE and sports activities to help the foreign student’s quickly melted into learning to live is very big.2.More emphasis on foreign students in colleges and universities in wuhan city sports work.3.Wuhan university students participate in sports activities in China’s high expectations,but participation is more general.4.Wuhan university students willing to participate in sports activities in China,especially to Chinese nationality traditional sports has a very keen interest.5.The factors influencing college students participate in sports activities in China in wuhan city are:individual subjective factors are foreign students and foreign students factors as well as the sports teaching the teacher,the administrative department of physical education teachers to affect the foreign student’s sports classroom and extracurricular activities.Combining with the conclusion,put forward the following Suggestions:1.University in Wuhan should be reasonable to set physical education curriculum and arrange rich sports activities out of class for foreign students.2.Wuhan university must strengthen to the attention of the students sports participation situation in China.3.Can be set for foreign students to participate in sports activities of colleges and universities in Wuhan city and some incentive policies.4.University in Wuhan should strengthen the Chinese nation traditional physical education curriculum and the combination of Chinese traditional culture knowledge.5.University in Wuhan to participate in foreign student teacher of physical education curriculum teaching in language training and Chinese traditional knowledge training.
