| Sport hygiene is a comprehensive applied discipline which studies the laws and measures of physical health in the process of physical exercise.As a new discipline with overlapping development,it plays an increasingly prominent role in physical education and training,and gradually becomes the scientific basis for physical exercise.About in the Ministry of Education issued the national ordinary higher school sports education undergraduate course plan "explicitly pointed out that,in the notice of this professional training qualified for school physical education work,teaching,training and competition,and to be involved in the school sports scientific research management,school sports and social sports instruction work of inter-disciplinary talent,and in the specified in the curriculum areas,listed as one of the main courses of physical health.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods,this paper takes the current situation of physical health science curriculum implementation of physical education majors in seven colleges and universities in henan province as the research object,analyzes the curriculum offering situation of sport hygiene of physical education majors in various schools,and concludes the following conclusions:1.The teaching objectives of physical health science in universities are set reasonably;The teaching tasks are in line with the national curriculum plan for undergraduate physical education issued by the ministry of education.2.Most of the textbooks used by schools choose the fourth edition edited by Yao Hongen,while only one college uses the latest version of the sixth edition.Sport hygiene courses are offered after the third semester;The total number of class hours arranged by each school is quite different,and the proportion of theoretical class hours and experimental class hours is different.3.According to the number of students majoring in physical education,the teaching method of theoretical courses is to combine the small class with the large class.The experimental courses are mainly conducted in a small class(about 20 students),so that the experimental equipment can be reasonably distributed.The assessment system of each school is mostly composed of the proportion between theoretical courses,experimental courses and regular grades.4.Sport hygiene laboratories are set up in the school,most schools can meet the needs of teaching experimental equipment,some schools have relatively old experimental equipment,not timely update,not enough for students to use the situation.5.The number of times of teachers’ training and training in three years is 1-2,and few scientific research articles have been published;There are not many schools that set up health clubs,students have fewer opportunities to practice,and some laboratories and experimental equipment are not perfect.In view of the above problems,according to the training objectives of physical education major the following Suggestions are put forward:1.Enrich the teaching objectives and formulate the objectives in line with the development of students.2.Arrange the class hours reasonably and appropriately,so that the theoretical courses and experimental courses can be organically combined.3.The selection of textbooks should meet the needs of students;Constantly enrich the assessment system,suitable for the development of students assessment methods.4.To increase the opportunities for teachers to further their studies,and to encourage teachers to carry out scientific research.5.Promote sport hygiene,set up sports health science associations when conditions permit,strengthen the importance of laboratories and experimental equipment,and update and improve equipment. |
