I have worked on art eduedtion in senior high school for ten years cultivating some practical experience as well as some confusion.During the three years in seior high school,senior 2 is of great importance,especially for art-specialized students.Because the developing of study habit and firm basic specialized knowledge depend on the year's learning.As we all know,the inner drive of study is closely associated with the study effect,so how to arouse and maintain the inner drive of art learning for art-specialized studedts draws my attention and leaves me thinking.This paper mainly on qualitative research,supplemented by questionaire,is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,which introduces the significance,the related concepts,the research status,the innovation points and research content,as well as the research thoughts and methods.The second chapter is study and analysis,which states the types of the inner drive of specialized course learning and influencing factors for the art-specialized students by the questionaire.The third chapter gives the strategies of excitation.First of all,improve routine management of art-specialized students.Second,set up courses scientificly.Third,enrich the teaching evaluation system.Finally,strengthen the communication with parents.The fouth chapter focuses on teaching case analysis.Through three teaching cases about regular lessons and elastic lessons illustrate the effect after the intervention of course constitution and teaching methods.The fifth part is the student individual case analysis,by analyzing three cases,present the situation after the intervention of improving normal regulations,setting up rewards and punishment mechanism and strengthening the communication with parents.In the last chapter,after nearly one year to study we can come to a conclusion that 1.The students'prefessional learning initiative has been strengthened;the class discipline has been improved;learning ethos are growing;students'professional level differentiation are gradually obvious,widening the gap between the effect of pictures.2.The art students'educational teaching management is more standardized and the efficiency has been improved.3.The frequent and close communication between the teachers and the parents has a promoting effect on the art-specialized students'professional course learning.
