Under the background of new curriculum,how to improve teaching methods to make the classroom teaching efficiency maximize becomes more important than before.It requires not only improving the comprehensive quality of students,but also adapting to the requirements of the national college entrance examination system,concerning both schools and teachers.The author's school is a full-time middle school founded in 2012.At the beginning of the school,in response to the requirements of the situation and the radical reform of the teaching,this school has put forward "Teacher-drive and students-independent learning method" classroom teaching mode.Through the practice of all teachers more than five years,it has become an effective teaching method,becoming famous and making remarkable achievements in teaching in this region."Teacher-drive and students-independent learning method " means that the teacher controls the class,and by students' autonomous learning,the teachers' teaching and students' learning organic union,makes the teaching goal to carry out and implement,so as to achieve a good teaching effect of the class.This kind of teaching and learning mode both refers to students' independent study and exploration as well as in the classroom,high efficiency and low energy optimization in limited time.Teacher and students use certain teaching methods,with prepared materials,media and other resources so that they can reach harmony and order in the classroom.This way,teachers can be of high quality,high benefit and finish the teaching task in the classroom.As for the students,they can accept and grasp knowledge of maximum efficiency,achieving learning goals of the classroom.To build such a truly efficient classroom,the key lies in the teacher.Teachers should change their teaching ideas,even their traditional teaching beliefs,to get the role of positioning.They are also required to constantly update their knowledge,to adjust to the features of subjects and the students' personality characteristics.They should have the courage to practice,the bold exploration and summarization to givefull attention to students' subjective initiative,and to play the real role of "drive" in the classroom;Students are the main part of this study,thus they are also the theoretical basis of autonomous learning,including constructivism learning theories.The theory of the zone of proximal development and cooperative learning theory,together with the question type teaching theory are used in this study.In the classroom design,the teacher should create a topic related situation for the students as the starting point of the lesson,and the process of classroom teaching must be carried out tightly around the teaching objectives.Only in this way can teachers make their classroom a real high-efficient classroom.
