Research on the Core Competitiveness of Enterprises has been more than 20 years.Domestic and foreign scholars have focused on the Core Competitiveness by using management science,economics,operations research theory and principle,have studied it from a different angle and have formed many theories.These theories guide enterprises to take the initiative to analyze their own advantages and disadvantages,reasonable allocation of enterprise resources,abilities,scientific enterprise cultures and organization mechanism strength.These theories enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote their efficient development.In particular,Theory of Resources and Abilities combined impact on enterprises by Prahalad and Hamel has deep impact on enterprises.Vocational education is very close to the society and market,whose competition is very similar to enterprise institutions.College management rules and business rules have many similarities.Colleges can learn the advanced ideas,the achievements of enterprises and the characteristics of management.By analyzing vocational colleges,the modern management has the characteristic of colleges and universities and can improve their management.This thesis describes the definition of Prahalad and Hamel about Core Competitiveness of Enterprises,combining the nature and characteristics of vocational schools,makes a new definition for Core Competitiveness of vocational colleges,and explains the connotation of the concept.The combination of resources and abilities is key to vocational college management.Study core parameters of 22 schools' career development,construct the evaluation index system of Core Competitiveness,design the management easy to use.With a detailed explanation to the theory and reasons for choosing parameters in the index system,it introduces the simple method of using decision model.The new concept of the author creatively puts forward Quasi Core Competitiveness,Core Competitiveness value line,life cycle,dynamic growth,dynamic management model,puts forward new challenge to the traditional theory of core competence,and tries to open a new field for the research of Core Competitiveness of vocational colleges.After the definition of new concept,the author continues to use the theory of Core Competitiveness to systematically describe vocational colleges.It shows vocational colleges the general way of Core Competitiveness cultivation and structure of management model.From practical point of view,this thesis can enrich and improve the existing theory of Core Competitiveness,provide new management concept and operating usage for strategic college management.It helps to construct a relatively complete theoretical framework of Core Competitiveness.Cultivation and management of resources and abilities based on vocational colleges,there are still some aspects not mature enough.We can further improve the new concept and theories and provide more cases about strategic college management.
