Content Shandong Institute Of Physical Course System Optimization On Employment Situation Optimization

Curriculum system is one of the ways to cultivate targets,and it is also the nexus between educational system and process.Course System has already become the main focus of education reform for many times.The optimization of curriculum system of Physical Education in Shandong Institute of Physical Education relates to the quality of personnel training.Optimizing physical education curriculum system not only reflects the needs of community sport talents,but also it is the prerequisite to ensure the quality of talents.Therefore,combined with nowadays employment situation,it has important theoretical and practical significance for the optimization of Physical Education in Shandong Institute of Physical Education.From the employment situation point of view in modern society,and on the basis of the analysis of employment of Physical Education in Shandong Institute of Physical Education,by using the literature review methods,questionnaire methods,interview methods,mathematical statistics methods and some other research methods,comparing different curriculum systems in three Physical Institute and analyzing the exposed problems in Shandong Institute of Physical Education,the author lists the conclusions:1.In recent years in the employment situation,the students' employment rates in Shandong Institute of Physical Education are declining,and the tendency of the talent flow to non-sports sector is increasing.Although the main reason for this phenomenon is from the social aspect,the unreasonable curriculum arrangement also inextricably linked.As the training unit should optimize the curriculum,fundamentally solve the problem of falling employment and adapt to the channels for employment.2.There are some problems In the curriculum structure,the learning hours about basketball course and football course are relatively low.The study of sports science has a good effect for Middle School teaching methods.The measurement and evaluation of physical course and the volleyball course in professional module are relatively low.The thesis writing and preparation for employment in practice teaching period have time conflict which means it may affect the quality of the thesis.The Optimization scheme is that: One.Suggest basketball,football,two courses of period are adjusted to 64 hours;Before the school sports teaching in middle school sports teaching and opening should be more reasonable.Two.Proposed to sports measurement and evaluation of course period is adjusted for 32 hours,volleyball class is adjusted for 54 class hours may be more reasonable.Three.Suggest to complete the seventh semester in advance of the thesis,defense arrangement in the eighth semester,completion time increased to 6-8 weeks.3.There are some problems In the curriculum content,sports biomechanics discipline courses and sports medicine course are unreasonable.The arrangement of obligatory modules in professional aspect and the athletic training and badminton course in optional modules are unreasonable.The form of teaching practice is simple.The Optimization scheme is that: One.Suggest the professional platform disciplines instead of sports biomechanics in sports medicine,sports biomechanics to adjust to the professional direction of the module will be selected in the module,but the biomechanical semester hours classes and don't do adjustment,may be more reasonable.Two.The proposal would change to professional sports training study direction module will choose module,badminton optional module instead.Three.Suggest each semester organization microteaching,practice the game,etc.,in order to improve the teaching ability of students.
